Delivery terms for our digital services. We do not ship physical products.
PK ENTERPRISE provides digital services including website design, web development, e-commerce website setup, graphic design, maintenance, and domain or hosting assistance. No physical goods are shipped by courier or post.
1. Digital Delivery Method
Completed work may be delivered through email, shared preview links, website deployment on hosting, downloadable files, cloud links, or access credentials depending on the agreed project scope.
2. Estimated Timelines
- Graphic design: Usually 1-5 business days depending on complexity.
- Landing page or small website: Usually 3-10 business days after receiving required content.
- Business website: Usually 7-21 business days depending on pages and features.
- E-commerce website: Usually 15-35 business days depending on catalog, checkout, and integration requirements.
- Maintenance: Timelines are agreed based on the support request.
3. Client Inputs Required
Delivery timelines depend on timely receipt of client inputs such as business details, text content, images, logos, payment gateway documents, hosting access, domain access, and approval feedback.
4. Delays
Timelines may change if scope increases, approvals are delayed, third-party services are unavailable, or required access details are not provided. We will communicate major delays and revised timelines.
5. Acceptance and Revisions
Clients should review delivered work and share feedback within the agreed review period. Revisions are handled according to the project agreement and our Terms & Conditions.
