Cancellation Policy
Clear cancellation terms for website design, development, branding, and maintenance services.
This Cancellation Policy explains how project or service cancellation requests are handled by PK ENTERPRISE. Because our services involve custom digital work, cancellation eligibility depends on the project stage, work completed, and third-party costs already incurred.
1. How to Request Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to mr.technicalpawan@gmail.com with the client name, service name, project details, payment reference if available, and reason for cancellation.
2. Before Work Starts
If cancellation is requested before project planning, design, development, or third-party purchases begin, eligible payments may be refunded after deducting payment gateway charges, banking charges, and reasonable administrative costs.
3. After Work Starts
Once consultation, planning, design, development, content work, or maintenance work has started, cancellation is reviewed based on completed work. The client must pay for work already completed and any committed third-party costs.
4. Third-Party Costs
Domain registration, hosting, SSL, premium plugins, themes, stock assets, payment gateway charges, and other third-party purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable once ordered or activated.
5. Maintenance Plans
Monthly maintenance plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Fees for the current active service period are not refundable once support work has started.
6. Response Time
We review cancellation requests within 7 business days and share the eligible refund, outstanding balance, or next steps in writing.
